I found Mark in Zillow with two reasons : One, he is familiar with the area I am looking for; Second, by zillow's review. I recall the first phone call with him was while he was on a trip. He addressed my questions immediately, knowledgeable and with patience. Therefore, I choose him as my buyer agent. Later on that day (evening), Mark sent me a sorted list of properties that fit my budget and needs. This is an impressive example of responsiveness. I bought my home in three months, as a remote buyer. Mark represented me to visit the properties, live streamed to share and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job to make suggestions and send recommendations as I am not familiar with Westchester county area. Our buying process went through very smoothly, thus saved my time and efforts.
