Michael Russo joined the Mark Bau Team in 2025, bringing a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and web development. As the team’s Marketing Coordinator, Michael oversees website design, marketing graphics, listing presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials that help showcase properties at the highest level. He also manages the team’s monthly newsletter and plays an integral role in maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital and print platforms.
Michael lives in New York City, where he enjoys exploring the city’s diverse restaurant scene and discovering new neighborhoods and experiences. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, he remains very close with his family and travels home as often as possible to spend time with them. An avid golfer, Michael enjoys getting out on the course whenever he can, whether in Arizona or closer to home.
